How is this different from an agency?

Can I change the team later?

Yes, month to month. Add a role, swap a role or resize the team when your plan changes. There is no retainer to renegotiate and no re-hiring on your side.

How quickly can we start?

Do we need to provide software and tools?

No. We provide the software and tools the work needs, along with office space, desks, equipment and internet. If you want the team inside your own stack, we work in your tools instead.

What hours does the team work?

Your hours. The team is based in the Philippines and works with overlap into your working day, in fluent business English.

Who owns the work and the accounts?

You do. The work is produced for your business, in your accounts and under your brand guidelines.

Where is the team based?

In the Philippines, working remotely and from our two offices in BGC (Metro Manila) and Bacoor (Cavite).

Do you also do the strategy?
